Uniform Cleaning Guide

Proper care of your cheerleading uniform ensures it stays vibrant, durable, and full of sparkle.

Follow these step-by-step instructions carefully to keep your uniform in performance-ready condition.

Before Washing

Remove all accessories like bows, pins, belts, and detachable pieces.

Close zippers and Velcro to prevent snags.

Turn the uniform inside out to protect rhinestones and delicate fabric.

Shake off any excess dirt or debris before placing in the washer.

Washing Instructions

Always wash uniforms **separately** to prevent friction and color transfer.

Use **cold water only** on a gentle or delicate cycle.

Select a **mild, clear detergent** that is free of bleach or fabric softeners.

Do **NOT** use bleach or harsh chemicals as they can damage glue, stones, and fabric fibers.

Drying Instructions

Lay the uniform flat on a clean towel or hang it up to **air dry** immediately after washing.

DO NOT use a dryer — heat will weaken adhesives and may cause rhinestones to fall off.

Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric.

Stain Treatment

Address stains as quickly as possible by blotting gently with a soft cloth and cold water.

Avoid scrubbing or rubbing stains to prevent damage.

For tougher stains, use a small amount of mild detergent and gently blot.

Storage

Ensure the uniform is completely dry before storing.

Store flat or on a padded hanger to maintain shape.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Important Warnings

**NO Dry Cleaning** — Dry cleaning chemicals will ruin the stones and fabric.

**NO Ironing** — Heat can melt adhesives and damage embellishments.

**NO Fabric Softener** — It will weaken the uniform material and rhinestone glue.
