The Luxe Cheer Apparel Team Practice Wear Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Luxe Cheer Apparel (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Coaches, gym owners, program directors, athletes, parents, and team representatives may enter on behalf of their program or team.
Void where prohibited by law.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins upon publication and ends at 11:59 PM EST on the stated giveaway end date. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.
How to Enter
Participants may enter through the official Gleam giveaway page by completing one or more available entry actions. Additional actions may increase the number of entries received.
Prizes
Grand Prize
One (1) winning program will receive up to twenty-five (25) custom Luxe Cheer Apparel practice wear sets.
Bonus Prizes
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $100 Luxe Cheer Apparel gift card.
Luxe Grab Bags
Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) Luxe Cheer Apparel Grab Bag valued at approximately $85.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Team Order Credit Offer
Gym owners or program directors who begin a custom uniform or practice wear order with Luxe Cheer Apparel during the stated promotional period may qualify for a $250 credit toward their order. Credit terms, eligibility, and application are determined solely by Luxe Cheer Apparel.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during entry. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Luxe Cheer Apparel reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Shipping & Production
Custom team apparel prizes require coordination with the winning program regarding sizing, artwork approval, and production timelines. Production timelines may vary.
Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Luxe Cheer Apparel permission to use their name, gym name, social handles, submitted content, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Luxe Cheer Apparel reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, or failed entries due to technical or human error.
