Luxe Cheer Apparel Return & Exchange Policy

At Luxe Cheer Apparel, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Luxe Cheer Apparel, you agree to the terms below.

Return & Exchange Request Window

All return and exchange requests must be submitted through the Luxe Cheer Apparel website within 15 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges must be approved before any item is sent back. Items sent back without an approved request may be denied and may not be eligible for store credit, refund, or exchange.

Customers are responsible for following all return or exchange instructions provided through the website, including directions for store credit, refund due to Luxe Cheer Apparel error, or size exchange.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, all items must meet the following requirements:

Items must have the original tags attached.
Items must be unworn.
Items must be unwashed.
Items must be unused.
Items must be free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, damage, or alterations.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging when possible.

If Luxe Cheer Apparel determines that an item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange request.

Refund Policy

Luxe Cheer Apparel does not offer refunds unless the issue was caused by a Luxe Cheer Apparel error.

If a return is approved and it is not due to a Luxe Cheer Apparel error, we will gladly issue store credit to be used toward a future purchase.

Store credit will be issued once the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Luxe Cheer Apparel error.

Store Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit only, unless the return is due to a Luxe Cheer Apparel error.

Store credit may be used toward a future purchase on the Luxe Cheer Apparel website. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded to the original payment method, or applied to a previous order.

Exchanges

Exchange requests must be submitted through the Luxe Cheer Apparel website within 15 days of delivery.

Exchanges are processed only after the original merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved by Luxe Cheer Apparel.

If the requested size or item is available, the exchange will be processed through our normal standard fulfillment and shipping process. Expedited shipping does not apply to exchange shipments unless it is specifically arranged and paid for separately.

Exchange availability is not guaranteed. If the requested size or item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

Sets Cannot Be Split

At this time, Luxe Cheer Apparel sells items as complete sets.

Because our items are sold as sets, we are unable to split sets for returns, exchanges, or size swaps. Tops and bottoms cannot be exchanged separately.

If an exchange is approved, the full original set must be returned. If available, the full replacement set will be processed.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless there is a Luxe Cheer Apparel error:

Custom items
Personalized items
Preorder items
Sale or discounted items
Mystery bags
Bows
Accessories
Items marked final sale
Items worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or missing original tags

Please review all product details, sizing, colors, preorder details, turnaround times, and final sale notices before placing your order.

Preorder & Custom Items

Preorder and custom items are made, ordered, or secured specifically for the customer after purchase. Because of this, preorder and custom items are final sale unless there is a Luxe Cheer Apparel error.

Preorder turnaround times begin once payment has been received and the preorder closes. Turnaround times are estimates and may be affected by production, supplier timelines, customs, shipping delays, holidays, or other factors outside of Luxe Cheer Apparel’s control.

Selecting expedited shipping does not speed up production, preorder turnaround, custom item turnaround, or fulfillment time. Expedited shipping only applies once the package has been fulfilled, picked up, and scanned by the carrier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must submit a request through the Luxe Cheer Apparel website within 15 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the item received, photos of the packaging if applicable, and a description of the issue.

If the issue is determined to be a Luxe Cheer Apparel error, we will make it right through a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Damage caused by wear, washing, improper care, misuse, or customer handling is not considered a Luxe Cheer Apparel error.

Return Shipping Instructions

All approved returns and exchanges must follow the return shipping instructions provided by Luxe Cheer Apparel.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Luxe Cheer Apparel error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Luxe Cheer Apparel is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Processing Time

Returns, store credits, and exchanges are processed after the original merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved.

Please allow processing time once your return arrives back to Luxe Cheer Apparel.

Exchange shipments are processed through our normal standard fulfillment and standard shipping process.

Right to Deny a Request

Luxe Cheer Apparel reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, store credit, or refund request if the item does not meet our policy requirements.

This includes, but is not limited to, items that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, missing tags, returned outside the allowed timeframe, returned without approval, returned without following instructions, or returned incomplete.

Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Luxe Cheer Apparel error.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in the approved return instructions.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Luxe Cheer Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked delivered by the carrier.

Once an order has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, shipping delays and delivery issues are outside of Luxe Cheer Apparel’s control.

Customers should contact the carrier directly for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Luxe Cheer Apparel, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to our return, exchange, fulfillment, and shipping policies.
