Shipping Policy

At Luxe Cheer Apparel, we strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Due to the custom nature of our products, production times may vary. Please refer to the estimated production and delivery time provided at checkout.

Shipping Details:

  • All orders are custom-made and typically ship within 30-45 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

  • Luxe Cheer Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hello@luxecheerapparel.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each item is made to order, ensuring it is tailored specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@luxecheerapparel.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement is warranted. Luxe Cheer Apparel reserves the right to refuse a replacement request if damage is determined to be caused by improper use or handling.

Order Cancellations

Since all items are custom-made, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
